JEN HUGHSON

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Design in Fashion from Otago Polytech, with her graduate collection being featured in 2009’s iD Dunedin Fashion Week. After gaining industry experience, she established her own custom fashion label Pansy Couture specialising in bridal wear.
Costuming is a particular design passion of Jennifer’s, having lived on stage from an early age. Some highlights include Grease: The Arena Spectacular 2016, Blood Brothers 2019, The Highlights 2020, That Bloody Woman 2021, and Chicago 2022 which saw her winning Best Wardrobe for 2022’s Otago Southland Theatre Awards.
Styling the Rock Divas was a chance to showcase a cohesive, bold, sexy ‘rock’ aesthetic while also celebrating each performer’s individuality as artists.
Jennifer is the proud mother of two energetic young daughters, and would like to thank her husband Blair and her extended family for their unwavering support.
